Bought a full bike on CRC. Bike assembled but came with a clicking sound. Contacted CRC live chat but was quite disappointed with the responses given. Later, case was transferred to their tech team which was more helpful. Ended up spending 100+ and 3 trips to 2 bike shops but problem was not solved. Tired of handling the issue and did not pursue the issue further. Was given a 50 CRC voucher as compensation but looks like have to live with a flawed brand new bike.

I paid $10 extra for the express shipping via DHL and the package arrived quickly. The tires were genuine and just as listed and the prices were the lowest I found anywhere. Overall, very positive.

Website was easy to use to find the right part. Shipping was fast and reasonably priced. Part was hipped quickly and was exactly what was ordered and showed up in good shape.

Chain Reaction purchase excellent. Unfortunately, delivery through Evri was appalling. Paid for next day delivery which took 6 days to receive. Chain Reaction refunded my delivery charge very quickly and without question. Suggest Chain Reaction consider using a better delivery company…

Do not order from them unless you want to spend over a week going back and forth on live chat and emails with no resolution (no phone number!) about a mistake they have made with your order. Apparently they can not just call their warehouse and confirm the colour of the bike you have ordered (my order confirmation came through with the wrong colour) but they can take your money. Still waiting for confirmation and receipt of my bike.

I ordered a number of items that weren’t delivered. Their delivery driver threw my items in my neighbours bin, and left a note stating this. The shipping is also fully tracked to my house. I also have video footage which and chain reaction have all this info. I contacted customer service which is a very slow one way mailbox. They said they needed to check the items weren’t lost in the couriers warehouse despite us knowing the items were thrown
in the bin as a matter of fact. Two weeks on, the business won’t respond to my requests to send out replacement items. It has however kept my money and won’t release it or communicate with me at all.

Tools are very good. Ordering on line no problem at all . Delivery very slow ,nearly two weeks to receive my goods. When goods arrived the box was battered and ripped , I'm lucky nothing fell out. Courier service are a discrace. This might change my thoughts on buying again .

Ordered a set of wheels with express freight to Australia.
Within a week the items arrived which shows the handling time on their end is efficient. CRC used to send lollies with the orders. Not sure what happened there, but this is my only complaint.

Poor customer service. Product arrived and not fit for what was advertised and been back and forth with the email and every time you reply their email you're talking to a different person and asking for the same thing.

Quick to respond, slow to act. My ordered bike was sent to the wrong country by DHL, but after I pointed it out they wire very slow to act and after five dags they still had not got in contact with the carrier to start and fix it. Still waiting…
